Warranty Information

This handmade wine box art is guaranteed
against workmanship defects. However,
as such, this does not include natural
imperfections inherent to the wood. No
two boxes will ever be perfectly identical
since this is not possible due to the design
and construction process, as well as the
characteristics of the wood being used.

The wine box art is not intended nor
designed for shipping of wine through a
shipping company or public mail/package
delivery service.

This warranty does not cover damage as a
result of carelessness, misuse or abuse.
This warranty is valid for 30 days from the
date of arrival.

There are no expressed warranties except
as listed above.

Care Directions

Opening the Box
1) Be certain to unlatch both clasps with
hooks located on opposite sides of the box
first.
2) Lift the top portion straight up and then
carefully set aside.

Closing the Box
Reverse the procedures for opening the
box, making certain to swing the hooks on
the clasps securely into position.

Clean the box by wiping gently with a damp
clean cloth or rag, using a mild dish
detergent only when neccessary. DO NOT
use furniture polish or harsh commercial
cleaners as this could result in damage to
the finish.

Eisch Breathable Glass
All stemware and decanters sold are
machine washable and contain no lead.
The glassware (not including the
decanters) are engineered on a molecular
level so that there is no applied finish or
application that can wash or wear off to
prevent breathability. This breathability is
warranteed for the lifetime of the
glassware.
